WHAT TO EXPECT

Your journey begins with a comprehensive initial assessment completed by chiropractor, Dr. Eve Di Bacco, which entails a full health history and physical examination. Outcome measures will be established, and personalized goals will be set based on your needs and chosen program.

Throughout the program, your progress will be tracked week by week. Sessions are tailored to you, ensuring that your training remains individualized, safe, and effective.

At the end of the program, a post-assessment will be completed to re-evaluate your outcome measures, review your progress, and help guide your next steps.

FOUNDATIONAL MOBILITY TRAINING

Every 8-week cycle, the mobility training program focuses on a specific area of the body, including the upper limb, lower limb, or core. For the summer term, the emphasis will be on lower limb training.

Classes begin following an initial appointment with Dr. Eve, scheduled between June 22-July 3, 2026. The focus begins with isolated joint mobility work through the pelvis, hips, knees, and ankles, with an emphasis on learning how to move independently and with control. Progressively, sessions will transition into more integrated, compound, and functional movement patterns, with attention to how different areas of the body work together.

Sessions are slow-paced and intentionally structured, often incorporating flow-based movement. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.

The program is structured to create a supportive environment for those looking to improve mobility, restore movement quality, and build a stronger foundation for daily function and training.

Strength training is essential for building and maintaining muscle, bone density, and joint stability.

Research consistently shows it improves functional movement, reduces injury risk, and supports long-term health, especially as we age.

It also enhances balance, coordination, and confidence in daily activities like lifting, carrying, and climbing stairs.

WHY IS STRENGTH
TRAINING IMPORTANT?

Mobility training helps your joints move through their full, healthy range of motion with control. This improves how efficiently you move in daily life, whether bending, reaching, walking, or getting up from a chair.

Better mobility is linked to reduced stiffness, improved movement quality, and lower risk of movement-related pain or compensation patterns.

HOW DOES MOBILITY CONTRIBUTE TO EVERDAY LIFE?

These programs combine clinical assessment with exercise, ensuring movement is safe, individualized, and appropriate for your needs.

This approach helps guide proper progression, support injury recovery, and improve movement quality with professional oversight.
