Meet Our Registered Dietitian

Grace is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people feel their best through practical, evidence-based nutrition.

She works closely with clients to make healthy eating feel simple, achievable, and sustainable in everyday life.

Grace specializes in fertility nutrition, prenatal care, and menopause nutrition, supporting individuals through important life stages with confidence and clarity.

With a background in both nutrition science and business, Grace has a unique ability to translate complex nutrition information into realistic habits that support long-term health and wellbeing.

Her approach focuses on education, behaviour change, and personalized nutrition strategies that empower clients to build a healthier relationship with food.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first appointment is a 60-minute initial consultation designed for you and your dietitian to begin working together as a team, gaining a clear understanding of your overall health and building a personalized approach to your nutrition.

During this session, you will explore your current eating habits, health history, lifestyle, and personal goals together. Your dietitian may also review factors such as blood work (if available), supplement use, and exercise habits to develop a well-rounded picture of your health and daily routines.

From there, you and your dietitian will begin creating clear, personalized nutrition recommendations tailored to your lifestyle, helping you build sustainable habits that support your long-term health and wellbeing.

A Registered Dietitian provides professional guidance to help you make informed decisions about your nutrition and overall wellbeing.

Rather than focusing on restrictive diets, a dietitian helps you understand your body’s needs and develop practical strategies that fit into your daily life.

This may include support with meal planning, navigating nutrition information, improving energy levels, managing health conditions, or optimizing nutrition during different life stages. The goal is to create realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term health and confidence in your food choices.

HOW CAN
A DITETITIN HELP?

Working with a Registered Dietitian can provide personalized support tailored to your lifestyle.

This service may be especially helpful if you are navigating life stages such as fertility, pregnancy, or menopause, managing a health condition like diabetes, high cholesterol, or hypertension, looking to improve energy and daily nutrition, or seeking support with weight management, exercise fueling, or building a healthier relationship with food.

No matter where you are starting from, the focus is on creating realistic nutrition strategies that fit into your everyday life.

WHO IS THIS
SERVICE FOR?

Working with a Registered Dietitian means receiving credible, evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to your health goals, lifestyle, and medical needs.

Rather than following one-size-fits-all diets or trends, a dietitian helps translate nutrition science into practical strategies that support long-term health and sustainable habits.
