WHY IS FITNESS APART OF THE CLINIC?
Our classes are a maximum of 9 students.
Smaller class sizes mean more individualized attention, allowing our instructors to provide hands-on guidance and proper form corrections.
This ensures that everyone gets the most out of
their session while keeping safety and effectiveness a top priority.
HOW LARGE ARE CLASS SIZES?
Semi-private classes combine the personalized attention of one-on-one training with the motivation and community of a group class.
You get the guidance to refine your technique and progress safely, while also enjoying the encouragement and support from a small group of peers working alongside you.
It’s the best of both worlds.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES?
TRAINING
All semi-private sessions are an 8-week commitment that is led by certified personal trainer, Anne Kiberd.
We offer six 50-minute class times, classes are capped at 3–4 participants, ensuring hands-on coaching and personalized attention.
All fitness levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Our semi-private training runs in two 8-week sessions, resuming this March.
Choose between a program that meets three times per week for higher consistency, or two times per week for added flexibility;The three-day program runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while the two-day program runs on Tuesday and Thursday.
These sessions are designed to provide individualized coaching in a small-group setting, helping you build strength, confidence, and sustainable movement habits.
MOM & BABY SEMI-PRIVATES
Our Mom & Baby classes run in 8-week sessions, with the option to attend three times per week or twice per week.
This program offers a supportive, judgment-free space where new moms can move their bodies while keeping their babies close.
It’s designed to help you safely rebuild strength, establish routine, and connect with other moms navigating a similar stage of life.
PERSONAL TRAINING
For fully individualized support, private training is available as single sessions or 5- and 10-session packages.
These sessions are tailored to your specific goals, whether you’re focused on injury prevention, performance, or long-term wellness.
YOGA
Yoga at FLUID is a class pass program, where you can purchase either a single pass or a bundle of four passes per program.
These 45-minute classes are capped at 9 participants to ensure a supportive and focused environment.
Participants are asked to bring their own mat.

SUNDAY RESET
Led by Certified Yoga Teacher Leanna Letterio, Sunday Resets take place every Sunday evening.
This small-group, restorative, yin-inspired class is an invitation to slow down and soften before the week ahead. Through conscious breathing and a series of long-held, supportive postures, you’ll be guided toward a gentle yet deep release of muscle tissue and built-up tension. Thoughtfully used props and mindful cueing create a safe, nourishing space, allowing the body to unwind at its own pace.
Optional hands-on assists may be offered to support deeper release and enhance the body’s natural capacity to settle, restore, and reset.
Class Time: 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM

ADAPTABLE YOGA
Led by Certified Therapeutic Yoga Specialist Carrie Forbes, ADAPTABLE takes place every Friday evening.
Adaptive Yoga is a welcoming, inclusive program designed to support adults of all abilities, including those living with disabilities, chronic conditions, or unique movement needs. This class focuses on mindful, functional, and somatic movement, using chairs, props, and individualized modifications to help participants build body awareness and move in a way that feels safe, comfortable, and supportive.
Through gentle somatic practices and breathwork, ADAPTABLE encourages nervous system regulation, improved mobility, and a deeper connection to the body. The program is intentionally designed to be accessible, empowering, and respectful of all bodies, meeting you where you are and supporting movement with confidence and care.

PILATES
Get ready to strengthen, lengthen, and move with intention.
Our semi-private and private mat Pilates sessions offer hands-on guidance, tailored programming, and the perfect balance of support and challenge.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Led by Pilates instructor Taylor Perry, our semi-private Pilates sessions launch mid-March.
This program is designed as a committed 6-week series, meeting twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:05 AM.
With a maximum of 8 participants per class, this semi-private format allows for individualized coaching while maintaining the energy and accountability of a small group.
Each participant sets personal goals at the start of the program, and the structure is built intentionally to track progress, refine technique, and achieve outcomes specific to you.
Over the 6 weeks, you can expect focused work on core strength, posture, mobility, and functional movement, blending classical Pilates principles with modern strength-based approaches.
This structured and progressive series is designed with purpose to help you stay consistent, track your goals, and see real improvement.
Spots are limited, invest in yourself and commit to moving with intention this March.

FLUID Fitness helps you stay strong, balanced, and injury-free through small-group and private sessions focused on whole-person health. Our approach teaches you to tune in to your body, strengthen where it matters, and maintain mobility, so you can keep doing the things you love.
For our Pilates sessions, bring your friends, your parents, or simply dare to try something new. These small-group classes provide expert guidance, hands-on modifications, and individualized attention, helping you move safely, confidently, and with purpose.
